Clean Seal™ Process

Arrival and Initial Assessment

At the scheduled appointment time, a technician will arrive at your home to begin the process. They will perform an initial inspection with your guidance, assessing the layout of your HVAC system and all register locations.

Preparation for Cleaning

The technician will set up specialized equipment to prepare your ducts for a thorough cleaning. This involves temporarily sealing all air registers to prevent debris from escaping into your living spaces.

Comprehensive Duct Cleaning

Using advanced, high-powered cleaning tools, the technician will meticulously clean each register and duct, effectively removing built-up dust, dirt, and allergens.

Sealing Setup:

After cleaning, the technician will prepare for the sealing phase by connecting the Aeroseal duct sealing machine. This state-of-the-art equipment is designed to seal leaks from the inside.

Diagnostic Pre-Test

Before starting the sealing process, a diagnostic test is conducted to measure the initial level of duct leakage. This provides a baseline to compare the effectiveness of the sealing process.

Sealing Process
