John came on time today and stayed for 4 hours. He not only cleaned all my ducts but cleaned out the furnice too. There was so much dirt and wood shavings from my husband working in our basement. And he vacuumed up the shavings on the floor too! Great job. Yes, it was more than the coupon but I didn’t feel it was bait and switch. John showed me the before and after pictures so I was OK with paying extra for more work. I even got a discount for a first time customer.
